Kim Ortega serves as the Player Development Manager at Little Creek Casino Resort, where she leads the Player Development and Players Club teams with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving long term loyalty. In this role, she oversees VIP engagement strategies, host development, and player reinvestment programs, ensuring alignment with the property’s operational goals and service standards.

 

With a strong background in digital marketing, database strategy, and casino operations, Kim brings a data driven approach to player engagement and retention. Prior to joining Little Creek Casino Resort, she held leadership roles in mobile gaming and marketing, where she specialized in campaign development, user acquisition, and customer lifecycle management. Her experience across both digital and on property environments allows her to bridge analytics with personalized service, creating meaningful and measurable guest relationships.

 

Kim is passionate about building high performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth. She is committed to developing her team members, strengthening host player relationships, and enhancing the overall VIP experience at Little Creek Casino Resort.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Indian Studies and Communication from the University of Arizona, as well as an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Tohono O’odham Community College. Kim is also an active member of Alpha Pi Omega Sorority, Inc., reflecting her ongoing commitment to leadership, community, and cultural values.
