Ronnie has been in the gaming industry since 2015 and has held various positions from Players Club Supervisor, Dealer, and Casino Host. He transitioned to Executive Casino Host for Little Creek Casino Resort in 2022. Prior to the casino industry, Ronnie was in beverage sales for eighteen years, growing up working in his family’s store as far back as he can remember. Ronnie loves camping and outdoor sports along with anything family related. He has three wonderful children and is a Special Olympics coach in his off time. Ronnie thrives on delivering customer satisfaction as it’s his lifeblood!
Heather Boe
Executive Casino Host
Heather Boe joined Little Creek Casino Resort fourteen years ago after working in hospice for many years. She started in the Player’s Club and moved up to supervisor before joining the VIP team. She’s dedicated to her Little Creek family and works diligently to ensure her guests are happy. Heather is very passionate about Little Creek’s guests and does everything she can to ensure you have a memorable experience each visit!
