Ridge
Motor Sports
Whether you are in town for business or on a family holiday visit the Pacific Northwest’s premiere destination motorsports facility, Ridge Motorsports Park, and view one of over 400 annual motorsport events they host, the majority being FREE to the public. Just minutes from Little Creek, view motorcycles and cars on the track, grab a bite to eat from the Ridge Café, or shop for racing souvenirs in the Ridge ProShop.
Want to get on the track yourself? Reach speeds of up to 45mph on the Ridge Grand Prix go karts as you race on the only replica karting track in North America. The Ridge Grand Prix is identical to the Ridge Road Course in elevation changes, blind corners, and thrilling speeds at just 1/5th scale size.
Open March – October, visit the Ridge for an exciting and unique racing experience.
Squaxin Island Museum
The Squaxin Island Museum Library and Research Center (MLRC) tells the story of the People of the Water through a series of exhibits and displays depicting the relationship between Squaxin Island Tribal members and the seven inlets of South Puget Sound.
At the museum guests can visit the public library and gift shop that specializes in Squaxin Island and other Native American art and literature.
The museum features the immense Hall of the Seven Inlets, and you can schedule a guided tour by appointment to get the full scope of this beautiful museum and the history told within its walls!
Walter Dacon
Wines
Walter Dacon Wines is a local winery located just 10 minutes from Little Creek Casino Resort. Owners Lloyd and Ann opened Walter Dacon in 2003 after receiving their state and federal permit and have been serving their customers ever since. The property greets guests who travel from across the world with a beautiful, one-of-a-kind wrought iron gate made by national artist, Nancy Moore.
This elegant entrance is followed up by a pristine and charming boutique winery which is described as “a true wine lovers experience”. Located near the coastal shores of Hood Canal, the area is filled with hiking, kayaking and other outdoor adventures.
